Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 20, 2023Address: 567 Newbie Road, Seattle, WA 98101, United StatesContact: [email protected] 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using abloomy.top ("the Platform"), you ("User" or "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable gaming laws. We’ve kept these terms simple—if you disagree with any part, please don’t use the Platform. We may update these Terms, and new versions will be posted with a clear date. Using the Platform after changes means you agree to them. 2. Eligibility To use the Platform, you must: Be at least 13 years old (or have a parent’s permission if younger) Be able to follow simple rules (no lying about your age or info) Not have been banned from other friendly gaming sites for being unkind 3. Account Responsibilities 3.1 Account Creation Making an account helps you track what you’ve learned. You agree to: Pick a friendly username (no mean or confusing names) Make a password you can remember (we’ll help you keep it safe) Not share your account with others (so no one messes up your progress) Tell us right away if someone else uses your account without permission 3.2 Account Termination We might pause or delete your account if: You’re unkind to other new players or mentors You cheat (skip tutorials, use tricks to avoid learning) You lie about your info (like your age) You don’t use your account for 24 months (we’ll warn you first) You can delete your account anytime by asking us at [email protected]—we’ll save your progress for a little while in case you change your mind. 4. User Conduct We want everyone to feel welcome, so please: Be kind to new players and mentors (no making fun of mistakes) Follow tutorial steps (they’re here to help you learn) Ask for help when you’re stuck (that’s what the community is for) Don’t share bad links, mean words, or things that don’t belong to you Don’t pretend to be a mentor, staff, or someone else If you break these rules, we might warn you, hide your posts, or ask you to leave—we want to keep things friendly for everyone. 5. Intellectual Property The games, tutorials, and tips on the Platform belong to us or the people who made them—please don’t copy or share them without asking. If you share your own tips or drawings, you still own them, but we can show them to help other new players (only with your okay). 6. Service Availability We try to keep the Platform working, but sometimes we need to fix things or add new tutorials. We’ll tell you when we’re doing this, and we’re sorry if it messes up your playtime. We can’t fix lost progress from glitches, but we’ll help you get back on track. 7. Limitation of Liability We make the Platform with care, but we can’t promise it’s perfect. We’re not responsible if you get frustrated (learning new things is hard!) or if something small goes wrong. If something big goes wrong, we’ll help as much as we can, but our responsibility is limited to $50. 8. Indemnification If you break these rules and it causes problems for us or other players, you agree to help fix them (like paying for small damages if needed). 9. Dispute Resolution If we disagree about something, we’ll try to fix it by talking first. If not, we’ll use the laws of Washington state, and small problems can be solved with a neutral person helping. 10. Termination These rules stay in place until you or we decide to stop using the Platform. If we end things, you’ll need to stop using the Platform. 11. Miscellaneous These terms are the whole deal between us. If part doesn’t make sense, the rest still counts. We won’t forget about these rules even if we don’t enforce them every time.
